Sara Schwartz is the Director of Ad Sales Marketing for Food Network and Cooking Channel, overseeing the development of multi-platform, revenue-generating marketing solutions for advertisers to connect with the company’s domestic brands and core consumers. She leads a team through the strategic and creative development of customized content and engaging programs to help meet sales priorities. Weinbrom has built campaigns and relationships for high-profile clients including KraftHeinz, 20th Century Fox, Bank of America, Disney, Hilton, American Standard and Starbucks. Her team has launched turn-key and custom opportunities for the sales teams to drive new and returning business with in-show integrations, custom video and convergent assets that marketing clients are demanding now more than ever. Most recently, Schwartz has led the initiative to pioneer and launch a first-to-market promotion for Food Network: Fantasy Kitchen, which will be a promotional priority and selling tool to collaborate with advertisers in the home and retail category in an engaging content environment.
Schwartz has well-rounded experience in the marketing industry, having been on the client, agency and publisher side, as well as in the start-up world. She began her career at SVEDKA Vodka under Constellation Wines and continued onto account management at J. Walter Thompson and then business development for Snooth Media, a wine lifestyle website. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a dual bachelor’s degree in marketing and Spanish and a citation in the "media, self and society" Scholars program.
