Sarah Cheatham serves as Media Strategies Director at Scripps Networks Interactive. She manages a team responsible for scheduling all HGTV, DIY Network, Travel Channel and Great American Country promotions on a variety of media platforms, such as on-air, online and social media.
Cheatham joined Scripps in 2005, starting her career in the TV Commercial Operations department. After two years working on the creative services team for the Fine Living Network, she rejoined the traffic department as supervisor for the Travel Channel brand and was instrumental in integrating that network into the Scripps Network’s Interactive family of brands after its acquisition.
Cheatham is very involved in her community, serving as a member of the Salvation Army of Knoxville Advisory Board and delivering meals to senior citizens with the Friends of Mobile Meals organization. She’s been a WICT member since 2009 and in 2015 she served as the Director of Membership for WICT’s award-winning Southeast chapter. In her free time she loves baking new recipes, attending spin class, and trying to keep up with her new baby boy.
