Sarah Ferst

Sarah Ferst is the Senior Coordinator of Sponsorships for Comcast’s Community Impact initiatives. Sarah joined Comcast in late 2017 and oversees Comcast’s corporate event sponsorship portfolio, which includes upwards of 185 nonprofit partners and more than 200 events each year.

After receiving her bachelor’s in International Development and Latin American Studies from the George Washington University, Sarah spent a year backpacking and working throughout Latin America before joining PYXERA Global, a global engagement nonprofit in Washington, D.C. where she managed MBAs Without Borders and international corporate volunteerism programs in emerging markets around the world.

After several incredible years in D.C., Sarah moved back to her hometown of Philadelphia to become the Division Manager of the Family & Housing Services Division at Congreso de Latinos Unidos, a human services agency serving low-income neighborhoods in North Philadelphia.

Sarah is currently serving in her second year as the Events Chair for the Spruce Foundation and is on the board of Pan American Academy Charter School. In addition, she recently graduated from WICT Greater Philadelphia’s Mentoring Circle Program.

Sarah loves baking, arts and crafts projects, farmers markets, and traveling to old favorites and new places. Sarah and her husband live in South Philadelphia.
