Sarah Mainprize currently serves as Executive Director of Business Process Improvement at Comcast’s Headquarters in Philadelphia. She has been working in the industry for 15 years across North America. She is recognized as a ‘fixer’ and has delivered a number of large, complex, cross-functional programs in the Telecommunications space.
With a passion for education, Sarah has undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology and Masters of Business Administration degrees awarded by both Cornell and Queen’s University. After moving from Canada to the U.S. to work for Comcast she got involved in the community to continue her passion for education and acts as adjunct faculty member at Temple University and serves on the board of CASA Philadelphia. Recently Sarah has taken up painting and has already sold a number of her works.
Sarah is known for her energy and enthusiasm around building high performance teams and delivering complex programs across a variety of disciplines. Her motto is always do “what’s right,” and she continuously moves to “leave everything just a little better than she found it.”
