Sarah Riley is the Director of the XOC Network Services and XOC Commercial Services for Comcast Cable Corporation. In this role, Sarah is responsible for the overall management of the Central Division, Hospitality Installation and Support in addition to the Network Surveillance Supports teams. The Commercial Desk is responsible for provisioning video services and outage mitigation for Bulk Master, Government and Hospitality accounts. The Network Service Desk is responsible for monitoring the entire Central Division network infrastructure, managing subscriber impacting events to resolution and supporting internal customers.
Sarah partners with senior leadership to drive employee engagement and initiatives that promotes growth, skill development and inspire employees to contribute to the department’s overall success. She is also responsible for staffing, training and the development of her employees.
Prior to joining Comcast, Sarah has held several positions throughout ATT and Cimco Communications. Those positions include, Network Operations Manager, IP Engineer, VOIP Implementation and Design Manager and Vendor Management. During her career in the telecommunications industry she has developed an immense amount of experience in customer service, incident management, training, process documentation, communication coaching and employee development. Sarah understands the importance of collaboration and empowering her team to make logical business decisions, which fosters great relationships and maintaining a successful team.
During her spare time, Sarah likes to travel with her husband and spend time with family and friends.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at Northeastern University. Sarah is originally from Chicago, Illinois, currently residing in Georgia with her husband.
