Sarah Siner, Director of Human Resources for A+E Networks, serves as the HR lead for the company’s west coast office in Los Angeles as well as charged with supporting the programming division across the A+E Networks portfolio (A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime, Lifetime Movies, FYI, Viceland and A+E Studios). Sarah works directly with A+E Networks’ business leaders to plan, design and execute HR services that are aligned with functional business strategies.
Prior to joining A+E Networks in February 2017, Sarah was Director of Human Resources at Sean Combs’ media company, REVOLT Media & TV. In this role, she established and led the department for the television network and digital media company and was responsible for implementing HR strategies and solutions with senior leadership to develop and support the strategic growth of the company. Sarah also worked with business partners to help define, develop and foster the company culture across the organization.
Sarah also spent four years at FremantleMedia North America as Director of Human Resources where she managed all functions of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training & development, compliance and compensation & benefits. In addition to coaching senior executives on key organizational and management issues, Sarah also created and presented state-mandated harassment prevention training to all supervisors at the company.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and obtained her certification as Professional in Human Resources in 2011.
