Shabana Walker is a Senior Customer Care Manager at Comcast Cable Communications Inc. and has been employed there for 12 years. In her current role, Shabana leads the Executive Customer Relations and Quality Assurance teams focused on delivering a world class customer experience and leading strategic initiatives for the Customer Care team. During her tenure with Comcast, Shabana supported several business channels including Advanced Repair, Collections, Customer Solutions, and Billing. Shabana also serves as the Customer Care Liaison and partners with several cross functional teams including Technical Operations, Project Management and Sales & Marketing to drive process improvements and increase efficiency to aid in the company’s mission to make the customer experience the best product that they offer.
Shabana has a passion for teaching others; she is currently spearheading a leadership development program called Coach Bootcamp within her organization that focuses on building bench strengths within the frontline leadership team. The program is focused on core leadership competencies such as embracing innovation & change, personal & team leadership, execution excellence and courage & ownership. Shabana also volunteers with the Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania.
Shabana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Management from Strayer University and an Associate’s Degree in Financial Services from the University of Phoenix. Shabana lives in York New Salem, PA with her husband, Emmanuel and two children: Amaris and David. In her spare time, Shabana enjoys reading and traveling.
