Shana McHugh is a content savvy digital media professional currently working as a producer for A+E Television Networks in the Content Distribution Services Department.
She is responsible for forward facing video on A&E, Lifetime, HISTORY, FYI and Biography’s owned and operated platforms. This includes video content on websites, YouTube and other third party partners, as well as apps on Apple TV, Roku, Android and iOS. Her role specifically revolves around managing projects, creating and maintaining structured workflows, overseeing content improvements and assuring quality and functionality across large, content-heavy digital platforms.
Shana began her media career at a New York based video production company working with both large and small enterprises, including advertising agencies, corporations, small businesses and nonprofits. While working in the commercial video production industry, she shot and edited videos for clients such as GE, Verizon and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
She then moved on to produce and edit video packages for MSG Varsity Networks. Her role was to own the end-to-end process for creating and delivering a variety of sports-related content.
Outside of work, Shana is a wife and the mother of two incredibly entertaining children. She is a Girl Scout troop leader, a spirited hockey mom, and a committee chair for her neighborhood’s lake association.
