Shannon started in the cable business in 1986 with TeleCable located in Lexington, Kentucky. She has held many different roles from Direct Sales, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing enriching her experience and knowledge of the industry. Her latest gig has been in Louisville, taking on the sales, retention, and customer service efforts in Insight’s largest market. Shannon earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 1989 and resides in Georgetown, Kentucky.
