Sharon Orloff is Manager of Customer Service Centers in the Greater Boston Region of Comcast, servicing customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. In this role she is responsible for managing employees who support the daily operation of over 30 Customer Service Center locations and more than 100k customer interactions each month. Sharon has attained a reputation for her focus on customer service and served as a Region Lead for the Comcast Customer Guarantee and was the first to Pilot a Voice of the Customer Survey within the Customer Service Center work group. Sharon is a graduate of Endicott College in Beverly MA. She earned her BS in Business Administration in 2005 at the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies and graduated Summa cum Laude.
