Shavonne Russell has served as a supervisor of Cable One’s Network Operations team since 2008. During her tenure as a NOC Supervisor, Shavonne was responsible for associate development and communication of large-scale outages. She has also worked closely with all technical departments to create the escalation process that is used to help reduce the length of outages.
Recently, Shavonne was promoted into the Program Management Office as a Project Manager, focusing on engineering related projects. Those projects include plant reliability and headend upgrades.
Shavonne graduated from Collins College with a degree in PC networking. She has been married for two years and enjoys spending time with their two puppies.
