Shelley Askew has professional IT experience that spans over 20 years. She joined Comcast in 2014 and provides leadership to a team that delivers operations support for Business Services application platforms. She was promoted to Director in 2017 and continues to evolve the operating model to support Devops transformation and Next Generation systems. In addition to her career achievements Shelley earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential in 2001.
Prior to joining Comcast Shelley worked for a managed services organization that delivered IT services to major corporations. Her responsibilities included providing leadership for geographically dispersed teams, driving automation and process to ensure consistent service delivery, and business portfolio development.
Shelley attended William Paterson University. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and their two daughters. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, yoga and spending time with her family.
