Soluna Shah is the Corporate Director of Online Strategy for Bright House Networks. She joined the company in 2006 as Manager of Online and Consumer Promotions and was promoted to her current role in 2007.
Currently, Shah leads a strong and dynamic team that focuses on strategy and execution of corporate and multi-division online marketing and communication efforts, including online user experience of the Consumer and Business websites; addition of new features and functionally; content creation; and Online Marketing message strategy.
Prior to coming to Bright House Networks, Shah handled marketing and sales for a number of companies within the travel and entertainment industry. In 2003, she joined NBC-Universal, Universal Parks & Resorts as a Marketing Representative, and was later promoted to Manager of Marketing and Sales for the Vacations division. Shah has also worked at Southwest Airlines Vacations as an Associate Product Manager in the Advertising & Promotions division and CNL Shared Services, Inc. as a Brand and Marketing Communications Coordinator.
Shah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration from Rollins College, and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and E-Commerce, from Rollins’ Crummer Graduate School of Business.
Shah is actively involved in many cultural youth programs, and has participated in numerous volunteer programs within Bright House Networks. She has also given her time to several organizations, including the National MS Society, Give Kids the World, BETA, Junior Achievement and Prevent Child Abuse America.
Shah and her husband, Amit, live in Orlando, Florida with their son, Jaydin.
