Soraya Loerts is leading Product Quality for Liberty Global, having previously served as their VP, Strategic Marketing & Customer Experience, and Director of Customer Excellence & Digital. She moved to Liberty Global from the former UPC Netherlands, where she led Omni-Channel Customer Care and Retention, following multiple years at Dell and Cendris.
With a BA in management & economics and a master’s degree in quality & business transformation, Soraya also completed the INSEAD CTAM Executive Management Program and the WICT Stanford Executive Program. She has been named “Leader of the year” by the Customer Management association, and featured in the “Rijks” Museum as ”Influential woman making a difference”. She is also part of “Topvrouwen” a platform showcasing female leaders in the Netherlands. Loerts is a founding member of the WICT Europe chapter and serving on the board as President. With her strong passion for Diversity & Inclusion, Soraya wants to keep driving level playing field for women. Her committed leadership will ensure the chapter’s ongoing success.
