Stacey Harrison

Whether in the field of telecom, news media, e-learning or primetime television, Stacey Harrison has built her career on the ability to lead organizations toward measurable delivery of value while improving customer and employee experience.

Most recently as Senior Director of Comcast Enterprise Strategic Planning and Acceleration, in one year she transformed the Solution Development portfolio and production increasing productivity by a whopping 2000%. As Principal Enterprise Process Architect and Program Director at CenturyLink/Level 3 Communications, she drove numerous programs across diverse areas of the business, increasing throughput, network traffic, delivery, customer satisfaction.

At Digital First Media, Examiner.com and PDI/Ninth House, Stacey built and scaled large departments, developing a predictable cadence that increased productivity, job satisfaction, and delivered award-winning content. She began her career as the first Korean-American ever to write for prime time television; two of her series were top-ten Nielsen rated.
Stacey is passionate about social justice and emotional health. Since her undergraduate years at Yale and throughout her adult life, she has led and been part of grassroot missions to create greater opportunities for women, and vulnerable teens and children. She is skilled in group facilitation and has led meditation and emotional work for the Girls Juvenile Detention Center in Los Angeles. She is currently authoring a book on how to drive personal change.

Stacey resides with her family in Boulder where they occasionally spontaneously break into improvisational musical sessions. Whether their two dogs are howling along in misery or delight is as-yet unknown.
