Stacy Gordon

Stacy Gordon is Executive Director of Retention and Loyalty Marketing at Comcast Cable where she leads the strategic development, implementation and analysis of retention marketing initiatives.  These programs are designed to build customer loyalty and retention.  In her role, Stacy created the Comcast Triple Play Rewards Loyalty Program which not only provides valued customers with monthly rewards as a way of saying “thank you,” but also increases usage of key revenue-generating services for the corporation.

Before taking on her role as Executive Director, Stacy pioneered a comprehensive email marketing toolkit featuring customizable templates, standard reporting metrics and industry benchmarks for post-execution reconciliation. Today, that toolkit provides the basis for more than 180 targeted e-marketing campaigns each year.

Stacy joined Comcast in 2000 as Director of Retention on the video marketing team.  Over the past 8 ½ years her role expanded to include retention and loyalty across all product lines.  During this time she led the development and the implementation of many new programs that created operational challenges, such as:  Customer Contracts, Comcast Gift Cards, Comcast Friends and Family Programs and email marketing.

Stacy has more than 13 years of direct marketing experience, having worked at the Franklin Mint in various marketing capacities and as an account director with Devon Direct EURO RSCG, a leading direct response advertising agency.  While at the Franklin Mint she developed and implemented marketing strategies for a variety of collectibles across 15 countries for acquisition and retention.  While there, completed an Executive MBA program.  At Devon Direct, Stacy transferred her direct marketing experience to new industries managing the direct mail and interactive projects for clients that included Nextel Communications, UPS and International Paper.  

Stacy received her B.A. and MBA from Temple University, and sits on the board of the Fox School of Business Alumni Association.  She is also a graduate of CTAM U.

In 2008, Stacy was the recipient of the Liberty Award by the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Philadelphia Chapter. In 2006, Gordon received the Rainmaker Award from the Cable Television Association for Marketing (CTAM).

Stacy is a member of and a mentor for WICT, and is also active in CTAM, where she has co-chaired the Cable Movers Hotline Steering Committee for three years.

Stacy currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
