Stefani Ducote joined Comcast in 2013 as the Director of Business Operations of the rapidly growing Houston Region. In this role, she is responsible for the capital budgeting process, a fleet of 1100 vehicles, and the Supply Chain team which consists of 1 distribution center and 6 local warehouses. She is a collaborative leader who is always looking for innovative ways to support her business partners in the operation and ultimately improve the customer experience.
Previously, Stefani was the Finance Lead for a privately held vehicle distribution and logistics company and successfully led the company’s first acquisition. Prior to that, she worked for Continental Airlines for 16 years in various finance and operations roles including Controller of Airport Services Division, Manager of Airport Administration, and Regional Manager in Dining Services. These opportunities allowed her to travel the globe and work with many different cultures. She especially enjoyed working in Central America.
In 2013, Stefani set up a new partnership with Comcast and The Center, a Houston non-profit organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She holds an MBA from Baylor University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Houston. She lives in Spring, Texas with her husband Randy and son Trent who is very active in baseball and football.
