Stephanie Plapp

Stephanie Plapp is currently the Director of Client Solutions within Sales and Marketing at CNBC. In her role, she is responsible for structuring and executing content and advertising partnerships across the portfolio – including the network’s news and non-scripted entertainment programming.

 

Since joining CNBC in 2008, she has been instrumental in growing CNBC’s foray into prime-time entertainment, spearheading over 50 large-scale projects for Fortune 500 brands, and developing new products to improve workflow across key stakeholders.  

 

Prior to this, Stephanie spent time in public relations at 9.8 Group – a firm specializing in market entry campaigns for brands expanding into emerging economies or targeting cultural groups in the US.

 

She is a graduate of The University of Arizona with degrees in Journalism and Political Science and additional study at Sciences-Po in Paris, France. Stephanie is an ardent food lover, enjoys collecting passport stamps, and currently resides in New York City.​
