Sue Park is currently a Senior Product Manager for the Innovation & Customer Value Proposition at Comcast. Her team is responsible for creating product strategies and value proposition across the portfolio of products and services under the Xfinity brand – to clarify why customers should choose Xfinity over any other brand. In her role, she partners closely with business and product partners across the organization to craft and implement new product experience strategies.
Sue joined Comcast in 2017 as a design strategist, where she had the opportunity to consult a strategic project for the Chief Product Officer of Comcast, and to work with his Senior Leadership Team, to create a 7 year product vision for the organization. The product vision was then encapsulated in a short film which eventually went on to win a Cannes Film Award in 2019. In the same role, she also championed sustainability in the company, and lead efforts to replace the use of plastics with sustainable materials across Comcast’s product packaging. Sue then transitioned to product management on the Xfinity Mobile Product team – where she had a hybrid role of operating as both a product manager and the team’s Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Comcast, Sue was a senior consultant for PwC, where she specialized in customer experience projects for large telecom clients.
Sue graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Business Administration and Human Computer Interaction, and currently resides in Philadelphia.
