Susan Ginsberg O’Sullivan

Susan Ginsberg O’Sullivan is the owner of GO’ Coaching, a boutique firm specializing in Career and Personal Development, Career Strategies, Leadership and Executive Coaching, Positive Change Management, and Workshop Facilitation. Prior to becoming a Certified Coach, Susan was an accomplished marketing executive with diverse experience in non-profit, education, entertainment, healthcare, and publishing. Her expertise was in strategic planning, direct marketing and customer communications. She managed teams both large and small. Susan worked for TransitCenter, now known as WageWorks, Showtime Networks, New York and ELLE Magazines, and North Shore Animal League where she was responsible for defining, developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategies for the companies she represented.

 

Susan sits on the board for the International Coaching Federation’s New York City Chapter and served as a volunteer coach at the New York Public Library’s Science, Business and Industry branch. She has been a presenter/speaker at Exalt Youth, an organization that inspires youths that have been involved in the criminal justice system to believe in their worth and create lasting behavioral change. Susan is a Certified Therapy Dog Handler where she and her dog Bertha bring smiles to those in the local community, including hospitals, universities and businesses. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Syracuse University and received her Coaching Certification from New York University, and is a Certified The Daring Way™ Facilitator, implementing the work of Dr. Brené Brown, as well. She resides in New York City.
