Susan Perry is the Sr. Director of Human Resources for the NorthCentral Division of Comcast Spotlight. Passionate about the multiple facets of her role, Susan is focused on delivering HR services that are customer-focused and aligned to the business to drive organizational success.
She has more than 25 years of human resources experience and has held human resource management positions in industries to include newspaper and magazine publishing and high technology professional services consulting. She has also had the successful experience of starting an internal fee-for-service HR consulting business with a former company.
Susan received her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management in Boston, MA. Susan is a graduate of Comcast’s Executive Leadership Forum, a member of the Human Resources Management Forum, The Society for Human Resources Management, WICT and CTHRA. She is also a certified PDI Executive coach.
