Susannah Scholl is the Vice President of Information Technology at GCI, the largest communications service provider in Alaska, providing data, wireless, video, voice and managed services to consumer and business customers throughout Alaska and nationwide. She is responsible for advancing GCI’s business strategy through information technology. Susannah is currently driving an effort to transform the IT department as part of a larger business transformation program at GCI.
Susannah has more than 26 years of combined utility experience affording a thorough understanding of the electric, gas and telecommunications industries. Her sixteen years’ experience at GCI includes responsibility for security, compliance, portfolio management and financial management.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Washington. The Seattle native moved to Anchorage with her husband and two sons in early 2015 and is enjoying all of the benefits that Alaska has to offer.
