As Strategic Account Manager for Cisco Systems, Suzanne Ewert is responsible for accelerating mobility revenue at key MSO accounts. In this role, she serves as the customer’s primary Cisco point of contact for all activities related to the design, purchase, deployment and operation of their mobility architecture. She orchestrates the execution of these key deliverables across numerous worldwide Cisco organizations, including Systems Engineering, Product Management, Service Creation, Advanced Services and Marketing. She builds strategic relationships by focusing on customer satisfaction and quality of execution, in an effort to position Cisco as trusted business partner.
Suzanne has been working in the cable industry for the past 8 years. She joined Cisco in 2005 as a Systems Engineer responsible for broad range of networking technology, from cable modem termination systems and backbone routers, to data center and IP telephony technologies. Prior to joining Cisco, she was responsible for Land Management at Lafarge Construction Materials and Space & Power Management at Level 3 Communications.
Suzanne graduated from Colorado School of Mines with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. She has been an active member of WICT since 2006, serving through the Rocky Mountain Chapter Tech it Out Planning Committee, Student Ambassador, and presenter at the Florida Chapter 2013 Tech It Out. Suzanne is also a member of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Toastmasters International, and Cisco’s Connected Women network. She serves her community through active participation in MBC’s Living Well, a cancer support group. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys reading, golf, scuba diving and cooking. She resides in Vienna, VA with her husband, Mike, and son, Jacob.
