Suzanne Persechino is Vice President, Head of Insights Group: Audience + Brand at A+E Networks, a role she assumed in April 2017. Ms. Persechino oversees Marketing Research and designs proprietary studies across A+E Networks and its portfolio of brands including A&E Network, HISTORY and Lifetime.
Ms. Persechino launched the Insights Group and created a 10-person team that aims to develop a best-in-class approach to design new means of innovating research design in the media industry. The department employs a variety of non-traditional methods to approach business challenges affecting various sectors.
Previously, Ms. Persechino was Vice President, A&E Program and Market Research, where she oversaw research analysis for the network. In this multi-faceted role, Ms. Persechino provided analysis and insights to support A&E’s programming, marketing and scheduling strategies. Working with the network’s creative department and senior management team, she handled analysis of programming trends in the competitive landscape, making recommendations based upon research insights.
Ms. Persechino also oversaw and executed internal and external focus group testing. She supported the company’s advertising sales department, providing a foundation for ad sales planning and projections. She joined A+E Networks in 2006 as Director, A&E Program and Market Research.
Prior to joining A+E Networks, Ms. Persechino held research roles with a number of companies, including Initiative, OMD/BBDO Worldwide, and McCann Erickson. She is a graduate of Rutgers College. Suzanne is a proud mother of two children, and currently resides in Astoria, New York.
