My sweet spot is taking organizations and employees from good to great with strategic, creative, innovative, and results-oriented ideas and solutions. I am very passionate about supporting the elevation and development of multicultural women who aspire to leadership roles in their field.
I earned an Executive MBA from Howard University, M.S. in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology, and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Monroe College. In addition, I am a certified holistic life, career and executive coach through the Goal Imagery Institute, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I completed programs such as PDI Ninth House 360 Profilor and The Coaching Clinic. Most recently, I graduated from ITSMF Emerge Academy, a one-year leadership development experience designed for women of color in technology.
