Tammy Theriault is a Field Services Workforce Manger for Cox Communications. In this role Tammy is responsible for creating a culture that drives productivity through maximizing labor resource utilization, supporting CB and Residential growth; influencing outside labor costs while helping to control the cost to serve for the Virginia Region.
Tammy is a 25 year veteran of Cox. Her career spans over many areas within the company which include; sales, technical support, collections, and dispatch. Her passion was found in WFM, within this role, Tammy is known as an inspirational, collaborative, change leader who has established very solid high performing teams.
Tammy is currently pursuing her BA in Business Administration through Saint Leo University. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, golfing, and travel.
