Tara Flynn Condon, Chief of Staff at iconectiv, is responsible for iconectiv’s product go-to-market strategy and market research and analysis function. Condon analyzes customer and market trends and challenges, and identifies ways to apply iconectiv technologies to drive revenue streamline their business operations. With more than 20 years of experience, Condon is a technology and software industry veteran serving both tech start-ups and publicly traded companies in corporate development, marketing and communications. At her previous role at API Technologies Corp., a global defense and aerospace technology company, Condon oversaw corporate and product marketing, corporate communications and development, and investor relations.
Condon holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Information Studies from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation, where she is a member of both the Governance Committee and Investment Committee.
