As Manager of Customer Care at Comcast, Tashia Mickie is responsible for leading and supporting teams within the Central Division. Tashia specializes in staff development and engagement. Her vast leadership experience spans over 18 years, having managed in both corporate and non-profit sectors. A firm believer in the power of positive thinking, Tashia regularly assists others in discovering their talents in the workplace and her community, as well. She serves as a civic-volunteer liaison and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations.
Her strengths include collaboration, influencing, and coordinating numerous teams and organizations to drive incremental performance improvement. Tashia started her career at Comcast as a Supervisor supporting a 13-member team and leading the New Hire Onboarding Program. Tashia pursued her passion for Leadership at Davenport University and is currently completing her MBA in Organizational Leadership. She thoroughly enjoys volunteerism, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three kids.
