Terri Gunnell is the SVP of Audience Monetization Solutions, a division of the Global Technology Organization. She leads the technical product design, development and implementation of systems that support more than $4.5B of Turner advertising revenue annually. Her division also supports Programming, Marketing, Research and Operations for all brands across platforms, partners closely with leadership to identify new markets, audiences and revenue growth opportunities and aligns them with the technology strategy.
Terri began her 25-year Turner career in Atlanta as a Sports production assistant. From there she moved to Network Operations, scheduling and managing ad inventory for TBS, TNT and Cartoon Network. Her interest in developing innovative and insightful Ad Sales reports in her spare time was rewarded with a job offer in New York, managing the reporting and analytics team for Ad Sales Strategic Planning. She developed a passion for technology (and New York!) in this newly created role which evolved into a Director position overseeing Ad Sales technology business requirements. In 2009, Terri moved from Ad Sales into the Global Technology Organization as a Senior Director, acting as a bridge between the business and the technical resources. She was promoted to VP in 2013 with expanded responsibilities including Research and Operations technology and in 2016, promoted to SVP in her current position.
Terri graduated from Florida State University and sits on the board of Turner Women New York. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, 16-year old daughter, 14-year old son and puppy, Luna. She’s an avid reader, loves biking and traveling with her family and works on her first novel in her spare time.
