Terri Moore

Terri Moore is a Senior Consultant for Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting.

Ms. Moore has strong consulting and facilitation skills steeped in leadership development and workplace inclusion throughout corporate, educational and community environments. 

 

Ms. Moore’s efforts throughout corporate, non-profit and higher education communities focus on educating, advocating and empowering multi-ethnic and multi-dimensional diversity & inclusion platforms to elevate individuals, groups and organizations.  Throughout leadership development, she has been responsible for formulating and driving execution of organizational workforce, workplace and marketplace diversity and inclusion strategies and cultural competence education, along with developing mentoring programs and executive presence training.

 

Prior to joining Korn/ Ferry, Ms. Moore spent nine years focused on diversity & inclusion and leadership development with Time Warner Cable.  She also worked in career development at the University of Virginia and Gettysburg College.  From a community perspective, Ms. Moore serves as a coach and facilitator for two of the Community Building Initiative’s (CBI) leadership development programs in Charlotte, NC.

 

Ms. Moore is the current Board Chair for the Diversity Forum. She served as a junior board member for Women In Cable and Telecommunications. Ms. Moore was named one of 15 Catalysts for Diversity in Charlotte from Uptown Magazine.

 

Ms. Moore received an undergraduate degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania  and a Master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Ms. Moore is a Fellow of the ASCENT Executive Education program from the Tuck School of Business, and will complete a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Queens University, Charlotte in December 2015.
