Tesaria Franklin is a Sales Support Lead for Time Warner Cable Business Class East Region. She is responsible for leading a team of Sales Support Representatives, which schedule installation for TWBC customer. She currently handles escalated problems, provides coaching to ensure representative, understand troubleshooting and processes, along with upholding their metrics. She also works directly with other cross functional departments such as Sales, Order fulfillment, Dispatch, Provisioning and Comprehension and Construction. Tesaria is considered a subject matter expert for sales support; she often works with TWC training department to assist with developing training documents that can assist with standardizing processes. Tesaria has been an integral part of the Sales Operations team and looks forward to advancing her career.
Tesaria started with Time Warner Cable Residential in 2009 as a Sales Representative, and then transitioned through positions landing her in Charlotte, North Carolina. She currently is perusing her Masters of Science Degree in Leadership from Central Michigan University, with a completion date of December 2013. Tesaria was a first quarter 2013 Winner for Time Warner Cable’s Mission and Values Performance Award. This award program recognizes the best of the best for performance and values.
Tesaria volunteers her time to work with a Time Warner Cable Employee Network group such as Black Business Employee Network BBEN. This group focuses on building an inclusive, supportive community to advance TWCs values and business goals, through personal development, community projects and partnerships. She has also volunteered with Connect a Million Minds CAMM, a TWC program that addresses America’s declining proficiency in science, technology and math.
Tesaria is honored to be chosen to participate in the Women’s Tech Connect program. She is looking forward to being a mentee, and observing all of the knowledge her mentor has to offer.
