Tiffany Benoit

Tiffany Benoit is currently the Senior Manager of Business Operations for Bright House Networks.  Benoit provides leadership to the Network and Voice Services division in the realm of project management, strategy, process development and application management.  Day to day, Benoit manages a staff of project managers and business operations staff to maintain operations processes, new product offerings and engineering-related projects.  Benoit is responsible for process development and improvements to the PMO.

In 2012, Benoit successfully managed the Orange County Public schools project which was the first implementation of a managed services customer for Bright House Networks, also the most complex to-date with 272 locations.

Prior to Bright House Networks, Benoit has been a project manager for a variety of Fortune 500 companies in varying industries; financial, information technology, telecommunications start up and construction.   She has implemented PMO’s and built PMO’s from the ground up while presiding over the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction of those PMO’s.

Benoit has been a member of the Project Management Institute since 1996 and received her original PMP Certification in 2002.  She remains active in the Project Management Institute and continues to maintain her PMP certification.   In addition, she was chosen by Bright House Networks executive management for The Women’s Leadership Circle in 2010.  In 2012, Benoit received the Keystone Award for outstanding sales support.

Benoit graduated cum laude from Elon University in Elon College, North Carolina with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in marketing.  She also has a Masters of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. 

Along with being a full-time professional and an advocate for special education in the community, she has a passion for performing home improvement projects as taught by her father.  She also enjoys reading, cooking, and a variety of water sports.  She lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her daughter.
