Tina Lee currently serves as Senior Director of the Business Services Implementation Order and Project Management Organization for Comcast National Engineering and Technical Operations. In this position, Tina is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Ethernet services, driving efficiencies throughout the service delivery process, and delivering new products and services that drive business growth. In this capacity, she has direct accountability for customer satisfaction as the primary interface to Comcast Business customers regarding the coordination, health and delivery status of their Ethernet services.
Prior to her current role at Comcast, Tina led program management initiatives for a large portfolio of projects within the Enterprise Program Management Office across multiple strategic business imperatives including Business Services, Voice Efficiency and Customer Care. During her 9 year tenure at Comcast, Tina has demonstrated a keen ability to lead technically, functionally and geographically diverse teams through a collaborative, forward thinking, and execution focused approach that fosters alignment around common goals for the achievement of business objectives.
Tina has over 23 years of communications industry experience split between Comcast and AT&T and has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead and influence people to positive outcomes through both individual contributor roles (as a software developer and project manager) and people leader roles. She has successfully delivered operation support systems, network services software solutions, cable IP telephony solutions, switched and transport technology, complex residential services and business Ethernet services.
In addition to her professional endeavors in the communications industry, Tina is Co-Founder and Operating Manager of His Vision Property Management, LLC (a joint venture with her husband). The business is focused on providing affordable and suitable housing to low-income and/or disadvantaged residents. She is responsible for business operations including financial management, resident care, and project management.
Tina earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hampton University. Over the years, her community involvement has spanned teen outreach/mentoring programs, youth mathematics and engineering programs, tutorial programs, corporate adopt a school programs, church vacation bible school programs and church outreach programs. Tina lives in Burlington Township, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
