Tobi Hassan is a manager of Sales Effectiveness in the Sales Enablement & Activation department for Comcast Communications. In this role she is responsible for managing in field program activation, adoption, and sustainment for frontline activations platforms. In this role she works with leadership teams across the sales organization on engagement and alignment on initiatives to deploy strategic tools, products, and initiatives. She also manages Sales Go to Market frontline phrases for consistent messaging across all activation tactics.
Tobi began her career with Comcast immediately after college where she started in a frontline call center role, she then transitioned additional roles which allowed her gain knowledge within the Care, Retention, Billing, and Sales teams. She then transitioned into a Learning & Development training frontline call center leader within the organization and supported the training and launch of Comcast’s National Call Center of Excellence, in Tucson, Arizona, where she now resides.
Tobi was born in Lagos, Nigeria and relocated to the east coast of the United States where she grew up in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Growing up she took a strong liking to law and all things criminal justice. Her goal was to help as many people as possible especially those in marginalized communities and immigrants. She was determined to always choose a career path that would allow her to help other people. She attended Howard University in Washington, DC where she studied Business Administration.
