Tracey Kopper-Hourin, Executive Director, Human Resources for the Engineering Platform Services organization at Comcast, is responsible for designing and developing the strategy, tactics and key practices that enable the innovation and change critical to compete in today’s technology sector.
During her tenure with Comcast, Kopper-Hourin has held senior HR roles across engineering, technology, customer care, and finance, marketing and sales organizations. Previously, she held senior HR positions in the Financial Services and telecommunications industry at ADP Brokerage Services and Bell Atlantic Business Systems.
Kopper-Hourin serves as President of the WICT Philadelphia Chapter (WICT) and has served on the board since 2010. She is a Class XXX fellow of WICT’s Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
Kopper-Hourin completed her undergraduate degree in Business and holds an MBA from Temple University. She is a volunteer at Big Sisters Big Brothers of Southeastern Pennsylvania as well as a long time mentor for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter mentoring program and active participant in Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups programs.
.An avid runner, she has completed a number of marathon races and resides with her husband and her four wonderful children in New Jersey.
