Traci has over 15 years of experience in the media, cable television and telecommunications industries. During this time, she has held leadership roles in business operations, sales and marketing, primarily in business-to-business environments. Her strengths include business strategy, new market and business development, driving process standardization and effectively scaling operations. Thrives in rapidly evolving environments.
As part of the Sand Cherry Associates, Traci offers clients in the media and cable industry her expertise in commercial services and B2B relations. Deliverables include operational strategies, change management facilitation, execution and implementation designs, communication planning, human capital evaluations and process/systems improvements.
Before joining Sand Cherry, Traci served in a variety of executive roles for Charter Communications across multiple markets. Most recently, Traci was Senior Director of National Fulfillment, where she was responsible for optimizing and improving the overall customer experience for Charter’s commercial business unit. Prior, she was the Associate VP/GM for Charter’s Southern CA market with oversight and co-responsibility for both residential and business services.
Traci received her BFA and MBA from University of Wisconsin. She currently serves as the board President for Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT) Southern California Chapter. She is also a graduate of the WICT Betsy Magness leadership program and is actively involved in a variety of mentoring activities. Traci lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband Jaime. They love to travel and are avid Green Bay Packer fans.
