Traci Michael is Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics for Spectrum Reach. The focus of Traci’s team is to seek out insights in viewing behavior of Spectrum subscribers and apply those insights to advertising sales objectives. With an emphasis on data exploration, Traci drives the team to discover, design, and build analytical tools that enable the organization to meet its goals.
Traci has been working for Spectrum Reach for 3 years. Her career started as a technology consultant for Andersen Consulting (aka Accenture) followed by work in the automotive industry developing software and designing online marketing tools. Traci identified her passion for working with data and analytics when she took a role with Experian Automotive and consulted with clients about predictive models for new vehicle launches. The ability to take large, complex, disparate data sets and create actionable insights for clients fascinated her, so she decided to further her career in this field and pursue a master’s degree.
Traci has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI which is where she grew up. Her master’s degree in Business Intelligence is from the University of Denver. She resides in Denver with her boyfriend, Charlie, and their incredibly spoiled dog, Meadow. She loves hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, cooking, and is in the process of learning to play the fiddle.
