Tracy Pitcher

Tracy began her career in Customer Care more than 17 years ago and has cable tenure at Time Warner, Comcast, AT&T Broadband and since 2001 has served Charter Communications and is currently the Vice President of Customer Care Operations. Tracy oversees the end-to-end customer experience at Charter Communications including; Quality Control, Outsourcing, Billing Systems, Reporting/ Trending, Process Improvement, Operational Initiatives and Telephone Center of Excellence.

As a Customer Care professional she has been a guest speaker for several organizations including WICT and IQPC.

Tracy holds a BA from Purdue University.
