Trisha Coy is the Senior Director of Customer Care for Comcast’s Houston Region. In her role, Trisha is responsible for 650 Customer Care agents and support staff as well as 13 Customer Service Center locations, all focused on providing excellent customer service.
Trisha has served in the cable industry for over 16 years and has worked in Utah, Colorado and New Mexico, prior to moving to Houston.
Most recently, Trisha received the WICT Shining Star Woman to Watch Award for the Greater Texas Chapter in September 2010.
Trisha resides in Houston, Texas with her husband, Ken.
