Trisha Rampulla

As an Associate Creative Director for Comcast, Trisha is responsible for the prospective & current customer shopping experience on the xfinity.com website. She helps craft features and experiences to guide site visitors in their shopping journey.

Trisha joined Comcast in January of 2014 as a Senior Information Architect to work on a customer TV app. She then led the IA on the Digital First website redesign and re-architecture that introduced new journeys and shopping tools into the ecommerce experience. In 2018, Trisha transitioned to a formal leadership role as an Associate Creative Director, leading a team responsible for the daily business, sales and brand partnership updates on xfinity.com. She also worked on various site initiatives including a new modular shopping experience, a research project exploring habits and behaviors of online shoppers, and the end-to-end digital journey for Flex, Comcast’s new streaming TV product.

Trisha started her career at a branding and advertising agency in Washington DC, working with clients such as African Wildlife Foundation, Geico Insurance, and the .CO Domain. She graduated from Gettysburg College, and currently lives in Philadelphia. She enjoys exploring the city, cooking, and spending time with her husband and son.
