As Senior Manager of Fulfillment, Vanessa Price oversees the Big South CommOps Field Traffic Controller department. Vanessa is responsible for managing the day to day activity for the Technical Logistic Center in Atlanta, Ga. She is charged with delivering an exceptional Customer Experience through managing the Technical Field Operation overall efficiency, setting clear operating metrics and effective communication throughout the organization. Being a native of Atlanta, Ga, she holds a B.A. in Business Information Systems and a M.B.A in Business Administration from Keller University. Vanessa has more than 20 years in the communications industry and possesses strong skills in leadership and organizational planning. She is leading the way in creating a workforce that values and demonstrates diversity in leadership and empowerment.
Vanessa has displayed an outstanding ability to manage and develop exceptional teams. She drives innovation by encouraging and respecting new ideas and championing change. She had lead a number of projects assigned by Comcast Corporate and Division leaders as the company launched new initiatives to effectively move Comcast business objectives. Vanessa has participated and led multiple cross-functional projects within Comcast across eastern region of the country and continues to develop potential talent as they enter the business.
She is a member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), Young Professionals Network and graduate of the Foundations of Organizational Leadership program for the top 2% in her organization. She continues to mentor the Youth in the City of Atlanta in a private program that celebrates their accomplishments. Vanessa is a proud mother of a beautiful daughter Kennedi and a handsome son Kruiz.
