Victoria Polubinska

Victoria Polubinska is a Manager on the Deal Financial Strategy team where she is responsible for all economic deal analysis related to the distribution of Viacom Media Networks and EPIX. Within the company, Victoria is a board member of an affinity group for young professionals, and a mentor as part of Viacom’s Big Brothers Big Sisters Workplace Mentoring Program.

 

Prior to joining Viacom in 2013, Victoria worked as an Equity Research Associate at Credit Suisse, supporting the Senior Analyst covering Entertainment, Cable, and Satellite (DIS, DISCA, DISH, DTV, CHTR, CMCSA, FOXA, MANU, MSG, NXST, TWC, TWX, and VIAB).

 

Before Credit Suisse, Victoria worked as a Practice Leader of the Media and Entertainment Vertical at the Wharton Small Business Development Center where she was responsible for eight MBA and undergraduate student consultants across approximately 20 client engagements per year. During that time, Victoria also completed a temporary assignment at the Veebeam Corporation, a wireless PC-to-TV hardware company. She helped the company liquidate their hardware inventory and transition from being a hardware direct-to-consumer company to a software business-to-business company.

 

Victoria is on the Board of WICT’s New York Chapter and serves as a Programming Producer. Her industry affiliations include NAMIC and CTAM.

 

Victoria graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and concentrations in Strategic Management and Marketing.  In college, Victoria was a T. Howard Intern at DIRECTV, and she has been an active T. Howard Mentor since graduating. Now, she also serves as a Co-Chair for the Wharton Media and Entertainment Network, an affinity group for alumni working in the media and entertainment industry.
