Ginny Higgs is Senior Manager, Brand at Cox Communications. In this role she manages development of creative strategy, campaigns and programs designed to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention for general market and multicultural audiences. In her 11-year tenure at Cox, Ginny has held multiple roles within the marketing organization, each with a focus on driving results, building engaging campaigns and evolving the business. In addition to her drive for creating measurable processes and transformative work, Ginny is also dedicated to helping others grow and develop in their own careers. She does this through formal and informal mentorships as well as within her own organizational structure.
Before joining Cox, Ginny held roles in account service at multiple advertising agencies where she helped launch new brands, create demand-driving campaigns and establish internal and external efficiencies for her clients. Ginny earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western International University. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and their two children. She is also passionate about helping disadvantaged youth and volunteers for an organization that helps fund social, athletic, and educational activities for children in foster care.
