Wendy Deyton serves as the Director of Sales Operations for CommScope’s Broadband Division and is responsible for CommScope’s customer care locations found in Hickory, NC and Campinas, Brazil. She is responsible for all customer care functions servicing CommScope’s global customer network of approximately 2500 broadband service providers. Wendy manages a multi-lingual team supporting customers in the USA, Brazil, Europe, and Asia. Her responsibility also includes the company’s vendor managed inventory program providing CommScope with a unique service advantage and providing customers with the benefits of reduced inventory levels and a tangible result of improved cash flow. With Wendy’s leadership her team recently achieved an impressive order input accuracy rate exceeding 99.95%. This differentiated level of service is what sets CommScope apart as and industry service leader and keeps customer retention at a world class level.
Wendy previously served as the International Customer Service Manager for the Broadband Division for 10 years working with various customer service teams worldwide. She was a key player in the companywide ERP implementations in 2000 and 2009 as well as company expansions in Suzhou, China and Jaguariuna, Brazil.
Wendy holds a master’s degree in International Business (IMBA) from Gardner-Webb University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Charles N. Snipe Business School of Lenior Rhyne University. She currently resides in Lincolnton, NC with her two daughters.
