Wendy is a Senior Manager, Consumer Insights at Cox Communications. In this role, she leads market research initiatives for Cox’s Residential Services sector with a key focus on the Residential Broadband business and National Sales strategies. Her work provides the foundation for key business decisions impacting marketing and sales strategy, product development and commercialization, and customer experience. Much of her work focuses on customer acquisition and retention programs, pricing, brand communications, and new product development.
Wendy has a passion for translating the voice of the consumer into the building blocks for successful marketing, sales and business strategies. Her experience spans core portfolio strategy, new product development, and brand building for a range of national and international companies and business categories. Prior to joining Cox in 2014, Wendy held market research roles at the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Novartis Pharmaceutical, The Clorox Company and Yankelovich Partners.
Wendy received her BA of Marketing and Masters of Marketing Research degrees from The University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two daughters and dog.
