Yina Mitchell is a Director of Corporate Strategy at Cox Communications. She has been with Cox for over 2 years. In this role, she supports Cox Media, the company’s advertising division, and New Growth, which is responsible for new business development. For her internal clients, she drives strategy development, competitive assessments, marketplace evaluations, new growth opportunities, and strategic business planning.
Previously, she was with international consulting firm A.T. Kearney, focused on M&A, Pre/Post Merger Integration, Strategy and Operating Model Design, and Change Management across industries and continents. She also co-founded Penny and Mary, a wedding planning start-up.
Yina holds her BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and her MBA from the Wharton Business School.
In her free time, Yina enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and twin children, Lizzy and James.
