Yolanda Day is the Senior Marketing Specialist for Comcast Heartland Region, where she manages the programming for over 1.6 million subscribers. Her various positions within the company, as a local Programming Intern, Customer Service Supervisor, MIS Sr. Specialist and Addressability Technician in Engineering has allowed her the knowledge to provide the region with skills gained from various functional groups that assist in providing a Better Customer Service Experience.
Yolanda is devoted to community service, along with being a member of a public service sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she serves on the board of directors for Delta Service Through Detroit Foundation, Inc. (DSTDFI).
In 2012, Yolanda was the recipient of the WICT Michigan Chapter Edye Bonno Emerging Leader Award. Yolanda has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy.
She resides in Michigan with her husband of 24 years and they are blessed to have two children. Yolanda is also a skilled vocalist, who has performed across Michigan, as well as out of state at the renowned, House of Blues in Chicago.
