Yvonne Davis serves as Senior Director, Marketing Strategy, Content Distribution and is responsible for developing strategic integrated marketing initiatives that secure distribution and deliver value to distributor partners and the NBCUniversal network portfolio. In this role, Davis serves as key marketing liaison to corporate MVPD marketing teams with an expertise in digital platforms. She reports to Lauren Monks, Vice President, MVPD Strategy, Content Distribution, NBCUniversal.
Most recently, Davis played an integral role in the strategic marketing around the launch of TV Everywhere and Video On Demand with distributors, identifying key partnership opportunities while also securing custom promotional content for MVPDs. In addition, Davis launched network and MVPD co-branded social media partnerships, resulting in high engagement across multiple social platforms.
Previously, Davis served as Marketing Director, MVPD Strategy, Content Distribution where she led corporate MVPD strategic marketing initiatives and network promotions, including E! Live from the Red Carpet, Sprout’s Kindness Counts Campaign, and E!’s The Soup "New Night" Radio Sweepstakes.
Davis is an active member of WICT and was selected for WICT’s Executive Development Seminar (EDS) in 2013. She also served as Co-Chair of the Programming Board for the NAMIC-Carolinas Chapter.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies at Queens College of the City University of New York, where she also minored in Business and Liberal Arts. She resides in New York City with her husband David and Roxy, their beloved Wheaten Terrier.
