An award-winning emcee and entrepreneur, she has led major events like the ACC Championships and NAACP National Convention. She has held senior roles in product planning and strategic initiatives since joining telecommunications in 2010. Charlitta earned her Ph.D. in Urban Education and serves on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education.
