Beth Plummer, SVP & Chief Revenue Officer, Spectrum Reach
Beth Plummer is Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications. Beth oversees all aspects of revenue generation for Spectrum Reach including the company’s television and advanced advertising offerings across local and national sales channels. Her team of over 1,100 sales and support professionals meet the marketing needs of over 21,000 clients generating $1.6B in revenue.
Prior to becoming CRO, Beth served as Division Vice President for Spectrum Reach’s South Division, leading the ad sales business for 16 markets across the southeastern U.S. in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. She oversaw a team of 400 colleagues who generated over $430 million annually in advertising revenue selling.
Beth was a Group Vice President of Sales at Time Warner Cable Media prior to its acquisition by Charter. At TWC, Beth led 21 markets across TWC’s footprint. Beth was instrumental in driving many of the company’s change initiatives, including the overhaul of the division’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and the introduction of new sales and sales support roles. Each initiative enabled Time Warner Cable Media to improve its services to better meet the needs of clients.
Beth holds an MBA from SUNY Empire State College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from State University of New York at Oswego. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse, the SCTE Tuck Leadership program at Dartmouth, and the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Beth was named one of The Most Powerful Women in Media and Broadband from 2019 – 2022. She is also DMSC certified by the Interactive Advertising Bureau and has served on the Board of Directors for the WICT Carolinas Chapter.
